For yet another year, we would like to thank you for your participation in our Annual Satisfaction Survey. For us, this survey is a basic pillar of our continuous improvement system.  

Once again, this year, we received a large number of customer surveys from five continents, which allowed us to have a global view of how to improve our service. Your opinions also allow us to improve our product offer and adapt them to the needs of the market. 

Two aspects that have earned above excellent marks should be highlighted: satisfaction with your SHAD area manager and satisfaction with customer service, with better scores on the survey than last year. 

We are also pleased to note that so many of our customers and dealers appreciate, with a score of nearly excellent, the quality and design of our products, including our cases and bags, mounts, and packaging. 

Investment in continued improvement 

Your feedback and suggestions help us define and prioritize our investments. We are already working on important topics such as logistics, in order to improve order preparation and delivery. We are also launching a project to improve our B2B, which we hope will be ready to present to you in just a few months.
