SHAD, as a reference brand in motorcycle luggage and pioneers in expandability, we now launch an innovative set of expandable side cases, adaptable to the latest generation of high-end motorcycles: the SH38X Expandable.

These are the only expandable side cases in the aftermarket.
The SH38X expands by 70mm, which increases its volume by 40%, allowing an XL ECE 22.06 modular helmet to be stored inside. This makes them the most compact modular helmet cases on the market.

Engineering and design, two hallmarks of SHAD, come together in the SH38X Expandable to create a set of luggage that stands out for its expandable mechanism, based on a concept derived from architecture: tensegrity.
This technology has been adapted to the needs of the motorcycle world to create a new concept that is unique to date. An innovative mechanical system of compensated tension, which allows the case to expand and contract telescopically, in a matter of seconds and uniformly, which we have called Dynamic Tensegrity .

Thanks to the dynamic tensegrity, the expansion and contraction movement is smooth and uniform. For this purpose, we developed a mechanical system with 2 cable circuits connected to 4 guides incorporated inside the case shell. A  technological innovation, which together with the well-known Top Expandable case, guarantees the user a state-of-the-art technology for his motorcycle.
